When Freeport Town Clerk Christine Wolfe provided photos available for use in design of the 2019 Annual Report, it was immediately clear this year’s report needed not only to provide department reports and acknowledge the people who put so much work into this town, but also to show places that make Freeport special, using remarkable forest and seaside photographs by Freeport residents.
