For social media advertising, we tested A (See the Stats) and B (Dr. Larson) ads with the photo as the only difference. On Facebook, we swapped the two points in the top description so that that the most pressing would be seen on mobile (which truncates the description). The text on the Facebook B ad also needed to be less due to Facebook’s text-to-image ratio requirements.
The A/B tests on the two platforms showed that the ad featuring Dr. Larson performed better on Facebook, whereas the other performed better on LinkedIn.
