Tori and Robin Baron, innkeepers at the James Place Inn, wanted to freshen their site with a new design and also wanted the ability to make content updates themselves. They’re now able make updates to any page, and also to easily add or remove guestbook comments on the homepage. Coordinating with SuperInn.com, we were also able to implement the new design with their existing reservation system; though the system exists on another server altogether, site visitors have a seamless experience.

 

For the logo, Tori and Robin wanted to use something more like the logo on their stationery, which looks a lot like their sign. But they also liked the acorn and leaves on their old website. The new logo integrates the acorns and leaves, the shape of the sign and a hint of carved letters.

Either existing room photos were used or new ones were taken.
