118 on Munjoy Hill is an ongoing project. A 12-unit condo building will be built at the very peak of Munjoy Hill in Portland. We started with a website to promote the project, even before we had any idea what the building would look like. Floorplans and renderings have since been added, and sales materials—including brochures, bifolds, panel displays—are now in production.
